Mother Exposes Daycare’s Toddler ‘Fight Club’ After $1 Million Lawsuit

A mother picked up her son and discovered alarming signs of distress after what she described as a terrifying incident at his daycare.

Heather and Richard Harris have filed a $1 million lawsuit against Arka Risinger Educators LLC in Tarrant County District Court, alleging that their child was subjected to a toddler fight club by an employee. The family claims that on April 20, 2026, a substitute teacher allegedly orchestrated violent fights among children after the regular staff had departed at the end of the day.

The incident occurred when the mother picked up her son from the daycare and found him crying uncontrollably with visible injuries. According to the lawsuit, the child suffered bruising and scratches on his arms, as well as post-traumatic headaches and lasting emotional anxiety. The document states: “Their trust was violated when the safe environment they were promised turned into a child fight club.”

A Texas state investigation by the Health and Human Services Commission’s Child-Care Licensing Division cited Arka Risinger Educators LLC for multiple violations related to child safety. The substitute teacher is no longer employed at the daycare, as reported by the owners. No criminal charges have been filed in connection with the alleged incident.
