During a critical West Region Little League World Series game on Wednesday, Arizona coach Drew Breivogel delivered an address to his pitcher Camden Burke that has been hailed as the greatest speech of all time. The moment occurred when Arizona led Hawaii 2-1 in the top of the fourth inning.
The young athlete, aged between 10 and 13, was under significant pressure during a high-stakes championship game.
“I’m so proud of you,” Breivogel said. “I’ve known you since you were 8. Not a lot of people get to see the fruit of the labor that you put in, right?”
